Vendors for the 2025 Okmulgee Pecan Festival must:

A) Complete the vendor form.

B) Complete the Temp Sales License form.

C) Pay the appropriate vendor fee using the button links below.

Please follow the instructions below to apply to be a vendor at the 2025 Pecan Festival!

Please then click on the appropriate vendor type below, to pay your vendor fee.

  • Vendors (Non-Food): $100
    • $50 of this goes back to Muscogee Nation for their “Indian Tax”
    • If the business owner is a tribal member this fee will be waived once we receive a copy of their CBID card.
  • Food Vendors: $150
    • $50 of this goes back to Muscogee Nation for their “Indian Tax”
    • If the business owner is a tribal member this fee will be waived once we receive a copy of their CBID card.
  • Non-Profits: $0 if no products / services are being exchanged.
    • If they are just providing information about their nonprofit or games for the kids there are NO FEES charged to them, but if they will be selling items or are caught selling items they will be charged the Vendor/Food Vendor fees.
